Women's XC sees 4 new PR's in Great Lakes Challenge
Women's Cross Country sent 4 runners to the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge in Grand Rapids, MI on Saturday. All 4 set new personal bests as the program continues to build.
Elizabeth Lavinder carried a stellar 3:53 pace through the 5K run to finish in 10th place out of 168 runners with a time of 19 minutes, 24 seconds. Liza Pollio was not far behind in 15th place with a time of 19:29. Lexi Ralph and Shelby Shepard crossed the line together with new PRs of 21:46.3 and 21:46.6 each.
The quartet hopes to keep the momentum going into the MSC Championships on Friday, November 8th at Phil Moore Park in Bowling Green, KY.
