Liza Pollio leads Tigers at Ray Bullock Invite

Like the men, Georgetown Women's Cross Country ran in the Taylor University Ray Bullock Invitational on Friday. In the 6K run, the Tigers brought home an 8th place team finish.

Liza Pollio was the first Tiger across the line in a time of 24:26 to place 36th on the leaderboard. Elizabeth Lavinder was next in 24:45 to place 44th. Rebecca Kainer came home in 68th place almost exactly 1 minute behind Lavinder. Grace White ran the race in a time of 27:39. Lexi Ralph was next at 28:07, followed by Shelby Shepard in 28 minutes, 30 seconds. 

The Tigers next prepare for a trip to Grand Rapids, MI to run in the NAIA Great Lakes Challenge on Saturday, October 26th.
