Tigers Finish Sixth at Norse Invitational, Lavinder Second in Steeplechase, Pollio Takes Second in 5,000m

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Georgetown College women's outdoor track and field team competed at the Norse Invitational on Saturday, finishing 6th of 15 with 40 points.

Elizabeth Lavinder and Liza Pollio both excelled at their distances as Lavinder finished the 3,000m steeplechase in second while Pollio was the second-place finisher in the 5,000m.

Terrynn Clott was a top-5 finisher in discus (4th) while also placing in the shot put (8th). Five other Tigers scored individual points to help the team to 40 overall.
