Holly Holton leads Tigers on Day 1 of MSC Championship
Georgetown began play in the Mid-South Conference Championships at Bowling Green CC on Monday. After 36 holes, the Tigers are in 7th in the team standings.
Holly Holton paced the Tigers throughout the day. After an opening round 82, Holton took her play to another level in round 2. She birdied 3 out of 4 holes on the front 9, en route to a 35. Maggie Browning was the next Tiger on the board as she shot 87-83 on the first day for a total of 170. Kaelin Stull birdied once in each of her rounds as she shot 87 in each of the 2 rounds on Monday. Jaycee Kabasky was the 4th Tiger on the board, shooting 90 and 89.
