Morris Selected to Mid-South Conference Champion of Character Team

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Georgetown College men's cross country junior, Riley Morris was named a Mid-South Conference Champion of Character as announced by the league office on Thursday.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on and off campus, as well as their demonstration of the five core character values of the NAIA.

Morris has run in four 8K's this season and ran a season-best 28:10.60 in the IWU Twilight Invitational, finishing 209th.
