Men's XC runs 6th at Great Lakes Challenge

In one of the premier cross country events every year, Georgetown made 2024 one for the books. All 7 runners set new personal records as Georgetown finished 6th in a 23-team field.

Elijah Walters continues to be the lead for Georgetown. In the 8K run today, Walters sprinted home in a time of 26:10 to finish 12th out of 226 runners. Trevor Baker's new PR came in at 26:56 to finish 39th. Bryant Curtis and Justin Bynum crossed the line stride for stride with times of 27:19 and 27:20. Layne Clark, Riley Morris and Josiah McMahan also brought home the best times they've ever run as Tigers.

The Tigers will look to build on the momentum for the Mid-South Conference Championships on Friday, November 8th in Bowling Green, KY.
