5 Track Tigers earn MSC All-Academic

Five Tigers were named to the 2025 Mid-South Conference Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic team, as announced by conference officials.

Lexi Ralph and Phoebe Tripure earned the honor on the women's side. They were joined on the men's side by Tadiwanashe Chikondo, Wilson Pendleton and Elijah Walters.

Per the MSC: "In order to be nominated by an institution, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and must be in their third term or fourth quarter."

In addition to being named MSC All-Academic, Tadiwanashe Chikondo was named an MSC Champion of Character. Jenna Tipton earned the honor for the women. Per the MSC: "The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA."
